Shipping
Firearms will ship to the customer’s selected FFL within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of FFL’s license copy by the following methods;
Handguns – Ship via USPS Priority Mail
Long Guns – Ship via UPS Ground
NFA ITEMS will ship within 2 to 3 business days of the receipt of an approved ATF Form 5200.3 via the following methods;
Suppressors – USPS Priority Mail
Short Barreled Rifles (SBRs) – UPS Ground
Short Barreled Shotguns (SBSs) – UPS Ground
Returns & Cancelations
Most merchandise may be returned so long as it is in new un-opened condition. Merchandise returns require an RMA prior to shipping, you can request an RMA through the contact us form. Shipping for returns are at the expense of the buyer and all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped. All canceled orders are subject to a 25% cancelation fee.
Firearm and ammunition sales are final.

Fore River Tactical and forerivertactical.com follows all Federal laws and Regulations. Firearm shipments must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in the buyer’s home state.
Suppressors, Short Barreled Shotguns and Short Barreled Rifles must be shipped to a Class 2 or Class 3 SOT.
Customer understands that;
