Welcome to FORE RIVER TACTICAL (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or rifle/shotgun ammunition.
• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, receivers, frames, handgun ammunition, or NFA items.
• By placing an order, you confirm you are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from purchasing or possessing firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
• You certify that all information provided is accurate.

2. Compliance with Federal Law

• All transactions are subject to the Gun Control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act of 1934, and applicable ATF regulations.
• Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
• NFA items (such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and machine guns) require ATF approval and transfer through an FFL with SOT status.
• Ammunition and accessories will only be sold and shipped where legal. Certain states and localities impose restrictions on ammunition sales, magazine capacities, or other items. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3. Ordering and Certification

• Firearms: Must ship to an FFL. You must provide FFL details at checkout.
• Ammunition: Must comply with all federal, state, and local restrictions. Orders may be cancelled if they violate applicable law.
• Accessories and parts: May ship directly to customers where legal. Some restrictions may apply.
• By ordering, you certify that you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922, including convicted felons, unlawful users of controlled substances, and individuals adjudicated mentally defective.

4. Shipping Policy

• Firearms and NFA items are shipped only to FFL dealers.
• Ammunition and accessories may ship directly to customers where legal.
• You are responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and compliance with your local laws.
• We do not guarantee delivery times. Delays due to carriers, ATF processing, or FFL responsiveness are outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the FFL or to you directly, depending on the item.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• Firearms and ammunition sales are final. No returns or refunds once shipped.
• NFA items cannot be cancelled once ATF paperwork has been submitted.
• Accessories, parts, and gear may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds exclude shipping and may be subject to inspection.
• Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

6. Denied Transfers

• If your firearm transfer is denied by NICS, the firearm will be shipped back and returned to inventory.
• Refunds will be issued minus shipping, fees, and a 25% restocking fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for misuse, negligence, or unlawful use of firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
• All products must be used safely, according to manufacturer instructions, and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Maine.
• Any disputes will be resolved in Cumberland County, Maine.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
